Avocado Tuna Salad

  • 1/2 avacodo
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp red onion
  • 1 Tbsp celery, chopped finely
  • 1 can solid white tuna
  • dash of slat and pepper to taste


  • Scoop out the middle of ½ an avocado and place in a bowl
  • Add chopped onion, celery, lemon juice (about ½ tbsp), and seasonings and mix well
  • Drain tuna, add to bowl and mix again
  • Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper
  • Optional: add other veggies (carrots, cucumber, peppers)
  • Enjoy!
