Broc Harris has been a competitive athlete his entire life. He played multiple sports in high school, including football, track, and powerlifting. Outside of school, he raced Motocross and rode bulls. Through college, he picked up swimming and long distance running. Since then he’s continued to compete in other sports like endurance trail running and obstacle course racing, which later on led him to CrossFit. He joined CrossFit 806 in January 2018 and he has been hooked ever since. He loves to learning more, getting better, and helping others learn and improve at CrossFit !
