Taylor Chapman was first introduced to crossfit after trying to find other forms of exercise besides running. She did workouts on her own at a local gym for about 6 months until she walked into Crossfit 806 out of curiosity. She immediately noticed the atmosphere of community and optimism. Taylor said, “Crossfit 806 has become more than just a place to workout for me. It’s somewhere I know I’m always going to be challenged and supported.”
