New You
Our New You class is our 30 minute class that does not use barbells. Our New You workouts are all coach lead. Every class starts with a good warm and ends with some stretching and mobility. Workouts include a lot of high energy movements (bikes, rowing, ski erg, jump ropes), body weight movements (push ups, ring rows, box jumps/step ups, burpees, sit ups, knee raises), and weights (kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls).
