- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and chop cauliflower into smallbites (about the size of a golf ball).
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and make sure themixture is evenly coated with oil/spices.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place caulifloweron the baking sheet.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stir the cauliflower then bake for 10 moreminutes or until cauliflower turns golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
