What do you love about CrossFit?
What I love about CrossFit is how much it has prepared me for the unknown physically and mentally. I am the fittest I have ever been and am able to do things I never thought I could do. I have learned about the blessing of embracing being uncomfortable as well as adversity in order to help me grow in life as an individual.
