Move with intention. Train with intention.

806 Pilates

Forty minutes of intentional, coach-led movement — building a body that moves with confidence, performs with purpose, and feels as strong as it looks.

Our Approach

Strength Comes In Many Forms

At 806 Pilates, we believe strength comes in many forms. Through intentional movement, you’ll develop core strength, stability, mobility, balance, and muscular endurance.

We’re creating a body that moves with confidence, performs with purpose, and feels as strong as it looks.

By flowing seamlessly from one exercise to the next, maintaining continuous muscle engagement, and embracing time under tension, you’ll discover a deep, full-body burn that builds strength from the inside out. Leave every class feeling powerful, confident, capable, and empowered.

What You Build

Five Things Every Class Trains

01

Core Strength

Deep abdominal and trunk work that holds everything else together — the foundation every other movement borrows from.

02

Stability

Control through the whole range of a movement, not just the easy middle of it. Strong in the positions that usually feel shaky.

03

Mobility

Range you can actually use. Hips, spine and shoulders that move freely instead of fighting you.

04

Balance

Coordination and proprioception trained on purpose, so you move confidently on and off the mat.

05

Muscular Endurance

Time under tension and continuous engagement — muscles that keep working long after they would usually quit.

What To Expect

Inside A 40-Minute Class

No machines to learn and no experience required — just a mat, a coach, and forty focused minutes.

40 Minutes, Start To Finish

Long enough to work every major muscle group, short enough to fit a real schedule. You are moving from the first cue to the last.

Continuous Flow

One exercise into the next with no long rests. Muscles stay engaged throughout, which is where the burn comes from.

Time Under Tension

Slow, controlled reps and long holds instead of heavy loading. Low impact on the joints, demanding on the muscle.

Mat, Bands & Light Weights

No machines to learn. Bodyweight on the mat, resistance bands and light dumbbells layered in as you progress.

Coached Every Rep

Chloe is cueing, correcting and scaling in real time. You are never left guessing whether you are doing it right.

Scales To You

Every movement has an easier and a harder version. Complete beginners and seasoned athletes work side by side in the same class.

Questions

Pilates Questions

Do I need any Pilates experience?

None at all. Every movement is taught, cued and scaled, and most people in the room started exactly where you are. Your first class is about learning how the movements should feel — not keeping up with anyone else.

How long is a class?

Forty minutes. It is built to be efficient: continuous work with short transitions, so you get a full-body session without giving up an hour and a half of your day.

Will I actually get stronger without heavy weights?

Yes. Pilates builds strength through time under tension and continuous muscle engagement rather than heavy loading — slow, controlled reps and long holds. It is low impact on your joints and genuinely demanding on the muscle, which is why it pairs so well with heavier training.

Is there childcare?

Yes — free KidCare runs during our weekday Pilates classes: Monday and Wednesday at 4:30pm, and Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00am. There is no KidCare during the Saturday class.

What should I wear and bring?

Something you can move and stretch in, and water. Most people train in grip socks or bare feet. Come a few minutes early to your first class so your coach can show you around and get you set up.

I’m not sure I’m fit enough to keep up.

That is the most common thing we hear, and it has never once been true. The class is coached, not performed — you work at your own level, take a breath when you need one, and build from there. Nobody is watching you; everyone is busy with their own mat.

Can I do Pilates alongside CrossFit or Fit30?

Absolutely, and many members do. Pilates complements harder training rather than competing with it: the core strength, mobility and stability you build here show up directly in your lifting, running and conditioning.

What if I’m working around an injury, or I’m pregnant or postpartum?

Tell your coach before class starts. Every movement has alternatives, and Chloe will adjust the session around what you can do safely. If you are pregnant, postpartum or recovering from something significant, please clear exercise with your doctor first — then we will scale to whatever they have advised.
