Bio
Holly works full time at BSA Hospital as an Administrative Assistant in the Sleep Lab. She was born and raised here in Amarillo and has been a member of CrossFit 806 for 9 years. She obtained her CF L-1 in 2022 and began coaching in December of 2022. She is married with 5 beautiful kids and 6 grandkids. In her time outside the gym she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places. She has a love for crazy hair colors and new tattoos! Most of all she loves helping others and being that cheerleader we all need in this journey. She believes everyday is a gift not to be wasted, make it count and be known as a lover of human kind!
What do you love about CrossFit?
So many things, but the fact that its for everyone from kids to adults of all ages and abilities. It takes fitness and transfers it to be a benefit for everyday life. Giving you the freedom of movement long into your older years and beyond.
Favorite things about CrossFit 806?
The people! This community is like non other. These is a warm welcome that you feel when you walk in the door. We are one big family and growing!
